Clubs & Organizations

Joining a student club at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é College is one of the best ways to make the most of your college experience. Clubs give you the chance to connect with classmates who share your interests, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and build a stronger sense of community on campus. Whether you’re looking to explore your passions, create new friendships, or strengthen your resume, being active in a club helps you grow personally and professionally – while having fun along the way!  Please feel free to reach out to the club president or advisor to ask questions and find out when the next time the club meets.

Action Choreography Club

  • Student President: Minh Nguyen
  • Faculty Advisor: Marisa Jones
  • Club's Mission: This club's mission is to offer student the opportunity to connect with other who share similar interest in acting, filmmaking, and performance. It will provide a collaborative environment to develop skills in choreographed fight scenes, enhancing both safety and visual impact.

Gardening & Cooking Club:

  • Student President: Christine E. Ayler
  • Faculty Advisor: Nasreen Latif
  • Club's Mission: To help people understand the relationship between sustainable gardening and cooking methods in minority communities.

Computer Science Club

  • Student President: Kenette Santiago

  • Club's Mission: To help students learn and grow in different areas of computer science through collaboration and hands on projects.

  • Club's Mission: To bring students who are interested in performing together and to have a safe space to learn and grow as an artist.

Student Government Association

  • Student Government meets virtually on Mondays at 1pm. Please email Kaela Clifton for the TEAMS link if you would like to join the weekly meeting.

The Dis/Abilities Alliance

  • Student President: Gianni Baez
  • Staff Co-Advisor: Shimika Callender
  • Club's Mission: To motivate students with disabilities to feel empowered in the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Community.

Video Club

  • Student President: Ariel-Alexis Adams
  • Staff Advisor: Justin Petty
  • Club's Mission: To encourage the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é community to take part in the creative process of creating videos worthwhile and connecting with peers to work together.

Student clubs at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é vary each semester, so we encourage you to check back regularly for updated opportunities. If you do not find a club that aligns with your interests and would like to establish a new one, please complete the club application form and submit it to Erica McCummings at emcummings@rcc.mass.edu.

Student Government Association

The Student Government Association (SGA) is comprised of up to 12 elected students, chosen each year by their peers, to act as the official representatives of the student body at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é College. SGA represents students when issues and policies affect student life at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é College, advises the College governance structure by serving on all College governance committees, and acts as liaison between the College administration and students. SGA assists in planning activities and overseeing the allocation of funds to recognized student clubs and organizations.
