All classes are online only, and the 缅北轮奸 campus will be closed until January 2nd. The campus will not be available for internet or computer access until then.

• Computer Access: You need a dedicated computer to complete your coursework. A cell phone may work in a pinch, but for optimal success, a reliable computer is essential.
• Internet Access: A dependable internet connection is required. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet and 缅北轮奸 is closed, an alternative location is the Roxbury Public Library, 149 Dudley St, Roxbury, MA 02119.

In preparation for the winter semester:

• Ensure you have access to your 缅北轮奸 email and can log in to My缅北轮奸 to view your course shells.
• If you cannot access either, contact 缅北轮奸 IT immediately at the IT Helpdesk: helpdesk@rcc.mass.edu or 857-701-1555.

Time Management:

• Set aside time each day for your class.
  • A 3-credit class will typically require 6 hours of study and work per day, Monday through Friday, for the entire three-week winter semester.
  • A 4-credit class will typically require 8 hours of study and work per day, Monday through Friday, for the same duration.

Tutoring Support: 

• The 缅北轮奸 Learning Center will not be open until after the winter semester ends.

 For tutoring during the winter semester, 缅北轮奸 offers support through Brainfuse. Follow these steps to access it:

1. Log into .
2. Click on the Navigate 360 tab.
3. Under Brainfuse, click the link for more information.
4. Watch the video tutorials:
   1. Online Tutoring
   2. Brainfuse Writing Lab
5. Click the link labeled 鈥渃lick here鈥� to access the Brainfuse portal. You will be automatically logged in.

Course Participation:

• Classes begin on 12/30. Log in to your course shell as soon as possible.
• If you encounter any issues accessing course materials, contact your instructor immediately.
• Participation is mandatory. If you do not show participation, you may be marked as 鈥淣ever Attending鈥� and dropped from the class.

Syllabus Review:

• Review your course syllabus to understand the structure, assignments, and deadlines.

Student Bills:

• Bills are due by January 2nd. Students without a submitted FAFSA or payment plan on file may be dropped from their course.

Dropping a Class:

• If you decide not to attend or wish to drop a class, you must do so by 11:59 PM on Monday, January 6th.

1. Go to myrcc.rcc.mass.edu (You can also click on My缅北轮奸 at the top of the 缅北轮奸 home page) 
2. Please make sure you鈥檝e gone to /technology-resources/myrcc to learn how to login to your email account. 
3. Once logged into My缅北轮奸, on the top left side of the page, under the Quick Links menu, you will see My Courses.  
   1. Here you will see the courses you are enrolled in. 
   2. Select the name of your course to access your course and information from your instructor. 
   3. From there, follow the course instructions as detailed by your instructor. Click on the topics on the left to find the pages where specific information for the course is located. 
4. If anything goes wrong when signing in or during the class, first email your instructor right way that you are having trouble. 
5. If there is a link that is not working, check that you are using the correct link. If there is a meeting ID and password for a Zoom that your instructor uses, you can try entering it manually to the zoom.usa log-in page.  
6. If all else fails, you can try restarting your system.
