The Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Learning Center provides one-on-one tutoring for your college courses. Professional tutors are available on-campus and virtually, by appointment. Tutoring sessions can be 30 minutes – 1 hour long.
To make an appointment, go to MyÃå±±ÂÖ¼é and click on "Tutor Schedule" under QuickLinks. It will ask you to log-in with your Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é email address and password. One logged-in, you will see a big blue button that says, "Schedule Appointment". Or stop by the Learning Center and chat with staff about available tutoring support.
In- PERSON APPOINTMENTS: Meetings will take place in the Learning Center in Building 3, 2nd floor, Room 203.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS: Meetings will take place on video chat through a link in the scheduling platform next to your appointment.
Tutors are available for all the Math courses, College Experience, English, Spanish, Arabic and French, Business courses, all the Science courses, and provide writing support for the Humanities, Social Science, Psychology, and Criminal Justice courses.
Students can access up to 5 hours of tutoring each week. These sessions are an opportunity
to review course materials and discuss the new concepts being learned. Successful
students use tutoring to improve their grades and may choose to meet with a subject
tutor on a weekly basis.
Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é has collaborated with an Online Tutoring Program called Brainfuse. Brainfuse virtual tutors are available to work with Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é students virtually in the evenings and weekends when the Learning Center is closed. To access a Brainfuse tutor, go to the and log-in. Click on the Navigate 360 tab and then scroll down to the Brainfuse link.
