At a time when COVID-19 has revealed a greater need for skilled health care workers, the state Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN) has granted initial approval to 缅北轮奸 College (缅北轮奸)鈥檚 new nursing program.
鈥淣urses are the lifeblood of any community, especially during the pandemic,鈥� says 缅北轮奸 President Dr. Valerie Roberson. 鈥溍灞甭旨� is honored to have the opportunity to provide a quality nursing program at an affordable price for our students.鈥� 缅北轮奸 students will be able to start their two-year journey to their Associates of Science in Nursing degrees in the fall of 2021.
The 缅北轮奸 nursing program is led by Director of Nursing Stephanie Victoria, who started in August. 鈥淢y goal is to deliver a high-quality nursing program that serves as a social justice vehicle benefiting the students, their families, and ultimately the community,鈥� says Victoria. 鈥溍灞甭旨殁�檚 Nursing Program will embody academic social responsibility by increasing the amount of competent, caring, and inquisitive nurses available to the community. 鈥疉t the end of the program our students will possess the self-efficacy needed to engage, address and ultimately work towards eliminating health care disparities.鈥� 鈥疺ictoria has more than 13 years of nursing experience in hospitals including Brigham and Women鈥檚. She also has extensive teaching experience at Regis College and Massasoit Community College.
缅北轮奸 offers a suite of health science programs including radiologic technology, phlebotomy, clinical medical assistant, and medical billing and coding. All programs are designed to meet immediate workforce needs, and the College regularly meets with industry leaders to update program curricula and ensure students have access to the best clinical sites in Boston.
缅北轮奸 remains committed to its important mission of providing a cost-effective education and essential resources to students facing financial challenges. 缅北轮奸 was recently cleared from the Federal Department of Education鈥檚 heightened cash monitoring 2 list.
