Region 21 has announced its 2017-18 Basketball All-Region Teams and Specialty Awards; and, Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é College has representation on both the men’s and women’s rosters! Selected by the league coaches and committee members, these students exhibit the kind of discipline, teamwork, leadership and good sportsmanship that reflect Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é’s core values.

Lawrence Chery is representing Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é on the third men’s team as Guard.
A pair of sophomore post players in center Charee Osborne and forward Taylor Grant represent Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é on the First women’s team. Osborne, a repeat selection, was a force for the Tigers averaging a double-double (13.8 points, 10.3 rebounds) for the season and shot 51.8 percent from the floor, ranking third in the league. Grant was also a post presence, averaging 13.1 points and 7.9 rebounds for the Tigers. Kayla Kelley and Destiny Hurt, both guards, were selected for the second women’s team.
