In an annual report issued by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, . The Fulbright Program, which operates in over 125 countries around the world, is the U.S. government鈥檚 flagship international educational exchange program.
缅北轮奸 is one of only 25 associate and baccalaureate/associate institutions with a Fulbright scholar in 2017-2018; and, 缅北轮奸 is one of only two community colleges in Massachusetts to hold this honor.
Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs Cecile Regner, 缅北轮奸鈥檚 Fulbright scholar in 2017-2018, was part of a group of six higher educational professionals who traveled to Russia in April 2017. The purpose of the Fulbright-sponsored exchange was to develop a greater understanding of the U.S. higher education system, especially community colleges, among administrators and faculty in Russia. Exchange opportunities for students and faculty were the primary focus of discussion.

Since its inception in 1946, the Fulbright Program has provided more than 380,000 participants鈥攃hosen for their academic merit and leadership potential 鈥 with the opportunity to exchange ideas and contribute to finding solutions to shared international concerns. Over 1,100 U.S. college and university faculty and administrators, professionals, artists, journalists, scientists, lawyers, and independent scholars are awarded Fulbright grants to teach and/or conduct research annually.
The Fulbright Program also awards grants to U.S. students and teachers to conduct research and teach overseas. In addition, some 4,000 foreign Fulbright students and scholars come to the United States annually to study, lecture, conduct research and teach foreign languages.
